We do not pay our technicians commissions for changing out parts. This results in fair treatment to our customers. If the problem can be fixed in an hour that is all you are charged for. During each visit we do a full inspection of the entire system, alerting you of any future repair issues.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge a diagnostic fee for service calls. We come to your home with the intent to repair. We charge $85/hr plus parts for residential customers and $95/hr plus parts for commercial. There is a one hour minimum. We do not charge a trip fee. We believe this pricing policy is the most fair to our customers. The majority of repairs are minor and only result in an hour labor charge plus a minimal part charge. PEACE OF MIND (POM) & CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE (CMP) CONTRACTS
